We provide immigration medical examinations in Auckland city and belong to the Onshore Panel Physician Network for completing Immigration New Zealand

Please call us at 09-5284242 for enquiries. For your examination, please bring the following items. Please allocate up to 1 hour for your appointment. We offer translators in Mandarin, Cantonese and Tagalog if required.

  • Guardian's photo ID is needed for under 18 years old; we do not accept any form of passport copy

    Midwife Report with due date for pregnancy;

    Child Wells Booklet for baby(< 1yrs ) born in NZ;

  • Latest medical report; regular medications list (name, dosage);

  • Glasses for reading or long-distance

  • Doctor or Midwife Report with due date for pregnancy;

    Child Wells Booklet for baby(< 1yrs ) born in NZ;

  • Minors under 18 would need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian

  • We have Mandarin, Cantonese & Tagalog speaking staff available.

    If your English is not to a good conversational level you will need to arrange for an interpreter to attend the appointment with you, at your cost.

    Immigration NZ advises that friends, colleagues or family members are not acceptable as interpreters. However, a family member or friend may attend as your support person.
